If you are having problems accessing My.Seneca, or are able to access My.Seneca but keep on getting "No user is currently logged in" error messages, then you may need to clear the cache on your web browser.
Click here to automatically clear your cookie cache and log back in to My.Seneca.
If this does not fix the problem then click on the web browser you are currently using to see instructions on how to clear your cache manually.

The following are steps to have your cache cleared in Mozilla Firefox:
Click on the Tools on the top bar of your web browser, from the list of options select Clear recent history.

On the new pop-up set the Time range to clear to Everything.

From the Details be sure to select all options.
Click Clear now.
Back on your web browser navigate to http://my.senecacollege.ca.

The following are steps to have your cache cleared in Internet Explorer:
Click on the Safety on the top bar of your web browser, from the list of options select Delete Browsing History....

On the new pop-up be sure to remove the check mark from Preserve Favorites Websites Data and make sure to check mark everything else on the list.

Click Delete, and wait until the removal is completed..
Close the web browser completely (be sure to close all open windows).
Open your web browser and navigate to http://my.senecacollege.ca.

The following are steps to have your cache cleared in Safari:
Click on the "settings" icon on the top bar of your web browser, from the list of options select Preferences....

On the new pop up window click on the Security Tab, and then click on Show Cookies button.

On the new windows click Remove All.

A pop up window will ask you to confirm your action, click Remove All.

Click Done to return to the Preference window. Close your web browser completely.
Open your web browser and navigate to http://my.senecacollege.ca.
