General Information

As part of the President's Service Quality Initiative, King Campus has been selected as the pilot site for the implementation of a campus-wide Client Relationship Management (CRM) software aimed at helping us pool the resources and services available to students in support of increasing their success.

This initiative is intended to help facilitate how our academic and service areas work collaboratively in support of students. Tracking software from Starfish Retention Solutions has been integrated with our Blackboard system. This will enable us to generate early identification of students at risk of failing and put in place resources to support them. Based on our experience and feedback on the success of this pilot, the initiative will be considered for implementation across the college.
